By using Checkpoint you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and written for the current iOS and web versions of the product.

What you get

Access to Checkpoint for Japanese study. Some premium practice surfaces may require Checkpoint Pro or another paid plan. Features may change as we improve the product.

What you owe us

Use Checkpoint for your own Japanese learning. Do not scrape our content, share accounts, or try to break the system on purpose. Do not use the voice tutor for content that would violate OpenAI’s usage policies.

No guarantees

Checkpoint is provided as-is, without warranty. We work to keep your review data safe, but the responsibility to back up anything irreplaceable is yours.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@checkpoint.study. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
